Internship scope

A legal intern assists legal professionals with various tasks, gaining practical experience in a legal setting. Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research: Interns conduct research on various legal topics, including contracts, competition law, and corporate law, often using online resources like Westlaw or LexisNexis.
Document Drafting & Review: They may assist in drafting legal documents, contracts, and pleadings, as well as reviewing and revising existing documents.
Case Preparation: Legal interns support attorneys by organizing files, managing case documents, and preparing for hearings and trials.
Administrative Support: They may handle administrative tasks like scheduling appointments, making copies, and managing correspondence.
Client Interaction: In some cases, interns may interact with clients, under supervision, to gather information or provide updates on cases.
Compliance and Policy Support: They may assist in developing and implementing company-wide legal and compliance policies and procedures.
