H.E. Saing Vannak 

H.E. Saing Vannak is currently serving as Chair of ALA Cambodia. He is also the President of the Bar Association of the Kingdom of Cambodia, a position that underscores his influence and commitment to advancing the legal profession. He has built a distinguished career in Cambodia’s legal sector, marked by leadership roles and long-standing services to the profession.

 

Since 2004, he has been engaged in the active practice of law in Cambodia, building a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and dedication to the rule of law. He has led law firms and a notary public office.

 

Additionally, his expertise has been recognized by the government, where he continues to serve as an Advisor to the Ministry of Justice, a vice-president of Samdech Techo Sen’s Voluntary Lawyer Group, and a member of the Council of Jurists at the Office of the Council of Ministers.
