The 16th ALA Championship Golf Tournament was held at the New Kuta Golf, Bali, Indonesia on 8 September 2018 with four participating Member States. Indonesia had the largest contingent of over 100 golfers. The Philippines was represented by 3 golfers, Malaysia by 7 and Singapore by 2. The participants showed off their impressive skills in the spirit of friendly competition and after facing-off tough opponents, Malaysia emerged victorious, clinching the Tun Dzaiddin Challenge Trophy. Malaysia will seek to defend its position at the next ALA Championship, scheduled to be held in Phuket in November 2019.
