Mr Pham Quoc Anh

Mr. Pham Quoc Anh holds a degree in law from the prestigious Hanoi Law University as well as a degree in technology specialising in technical chemistry. His career has spanned 46 years serving the Socialist Republic of Vietnam in various capacities. He has been the President of the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association, an association with more than 30,000 members nationwide, since 2004. From 1997 to 2001, Mr Pham was a Vice Chairman of the Central Committee for Internal Affairs, and from 2001 to 2004 he was the Assistant to the President of Vietnam.
