Mr Shamsul-Bahrain bin Ibrahim

Mr. Shamsul-Bahrain was the 4th Secretay-General of the
ASEAN Law Association. He assumed this position when Chief
Justice Tun Mohammed Dzaiddin was elected as ALA President
in 1995 when the 7th ALA General Assembly was held in Kuala
Lumpur, Malaysia. He became the editor of the ALA Newsletter
from 1993-1994.
