ALA Governing Council Meeting (Bangkok, 25 November 2006)

The Governing Council met on 25 November 2006 at the Plaza Athénée Bangkok, in conjunction with the 9th General Assembly. It was agreed that the 10th General Assembly would be held in Hanoi, Vietnam, in 2009. It was also agreed that the next Governing Council Meeting would be held in Indonesia, at a venue and on dates to be determined. Due to time constraints, it was further agreed that the meetings of the 7 ALA
Standing Committees would be deferred to the next Governing Council Meeting.
