Chairman, ALA Vietnam

Mr Pham Quoc Anh

Chairman of ALA Vietnam Mr. Pham Quoc Anh is the President of the Vietnam Lawyers’ Association, an association with more than 30,000 members nationwide. He was appointed President for a 5 year term from 2004 – 2009.  From 1997 to 2001, Mr Pham was a Vice Chairman of the Central Committee for Internal Affairs, and from 2001 to 2004 he was assistant to the President of the country.
