ALA 25th Anniversary Special Commemorative Session

The ASEAN Law Association celebrated its Silver Jubilee in a big way with a 25th Anniversary Special Commemorative Session held in Manila, Philippines from 24-27 November 2005. The Special Session commemorated ALA's birth 25 years ago with the presentation of Awards of recognition to key players in ALA's history and the launching of the ALA Anniversary Yearbook, ALA website, e-book on Legal Systems in ASEAN, and ALA Anthem. Two workshops were held. Participants were from the judiciary, legal profession and law schools of ASEAN countries.
